Minnesota Supreme Court
The Minnesota Supreme Court has ordered (Feb 21st) that the designated Representatives for the recall petitions provide their materials in a single set of information by Friday, February 28th. Our joint Recall attorney is filing into each recall case.
1.Recall Petitioners – filing supporting materials on Friday, February 28th.
2.Each of the State Representatives may submit opposing materials by March 7th, 2025.
Prepare people for the 48B petition.
We need you to invite 5 friends to our petition website and sign up to be on the list so we can quickly get started once the MN Supreme Court gives us a greenlight to move forward.
Let's see if we can get to 1,000 interested by next Friday- when the AG turns in his opposing materials for the DFL.
