Roles within the Party: Finance Chair for CD3 GOP. Financial Controls Comm of MN GOP. Platform Comm Chair SD42 and CD3 in 2024.
Personal Bio: If elected, I will generate a strategic plan from the collective wisdom of our committee, and then hold members, including myself, accountable for our work. I will listen, lead, and focus on WINNING elections.
1. My experience consists of:
a. Actively campaigning and strategizing with Paul Hillen, Candidate for SD42 Senate in the 2022 election. I did tons of research on the issues for Paul, helping him craft his message and prepare for debates.
b. Serving as Finance Chair and defacto right hand person to Randy Sutter for 2 years within CD3. I sponsored and participated in Candidate Training Workshops, conducted a survey for CD3 to identify voter issues, worked with marketing firm to send out independent expenditure ads in the 2024 election cycle to 347,000 individuals, creating 2.7 million impressions, and created / administered a Ballot Out / Ballot In texting campaign. As Finance Chair, we raised $17,000 directly from individual donors, a record for CD3 in recent history.
2. Activities I have participated in include SD42 Conventions, CD3 Conventions, MN GOP Convention as a Delegate, Guest at MN GOP State Central Committee meetings, various GOP sponsored training sessions, current member of MN GOP Financial Controls Committee, donor to MN GOP, CD3, SD42, and multiple Republican Candidates. Door knocking for Kathleen Fowke.
3. If elected to CD3 Chair position, I will work with the CD3 Ex Committee to finalize a strategic plan for 2025 and 2026. We will then follow the Strategies and Tactics set forth in the Plan to build the Republican Party and help candidates win. It would be my intention to work collaboratively with each of the BPOUs (to the extent that they want to do the same), searching for best practices to share across CD3. I currently know many of the BPOS Chairs, but for newly elected Chairs I will reach out and introduce myself to begin a dialogue.
Roles within the Party: Vice chair SD44; Deputy chair SD45
Personal Bio: Since 2016 we have lost in CD3. Our reaction has been to act “Democrat lite” to win. This strategy has failed. Time for change of strategy.
I have been a party participant since 2021, serving on two boards, as a state delegate, and as a SCC delegate. I operate a significant business which prepares me to run a political organization. I have participated in campaigns in both of the last two cycles. I podcast three hours a week and do a daily radio show on a prominent conservative network. The media company I work at has about 5 million views a month. This social media reach alone can be a benefit to CD3. Those party members that support President Trump and his agenda will resonate with my tireless efforts to spread Republicanism in CD3. I will go into every district and work to build the party, bringing a 21st century approach to using media and social media on behalf of the President and our party.
Roles within the Party: Deputy Chair CD 3
Personal Bio: My entire adult life has been about successful service to my country, my community, my employees, my coworkers, and my God. The needs of citizens of 3rd CD will be at the forefront every day.
I began my life of service while just 17 when I enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. That was the start of a 33 year odyssey as an Officer of Marines that took me from Robbinsdale High School to the University of Minnesota and on to numerous overseas deployments including Combat Operations in Somalia, Iraq, and Afghanistan. I continued my service by being a key component in the successful growth of 2 small businesses. The success did not come from me, it came from serving and taking care of the people around me. I could not have done any of it without the support my wife of 40 years, Nancy, and my family.
I was formerly the Deputy CD 3 Chair in 22-23 but had to step back due to the sale of my business and the need for full attention to the transition to new ownership. I also served as a key coordinator for the Kim Crockett for Secretary of State Campaign and was instrumental in helping her gain the nomination. As I have done in the past, my goal will be frequent and open communication to develop synergies around all activities in the CD and SDs. I would work with the Chairman to develop a solid strategic and tactical plan and would send weekly updates and attend as many SD meetings and other events as possible to energize our volunteers, candidates and affiliate organizations.
Roles within the Party: Treasurer for CD3, Vice-chairs for SD44
Personal Bio: The role of treasurer is an important role maintaining accurate records and a focus on details. I have worked diligently to be prepared with accurate reporting and meet all deadlines for state and federal timelines.
I have been in this role for one year. I have been involved at the SD level and involved with event coordination and as secretary for the SD and for our conventions. I have also worked on candidates' campaigns. I have been a delegate and attended the national convention in Milwaukee. Also, I have been involved in multiple roles at caucus.
Roles within the Party: Eden Prairie P-13 Chair; Delegate and Alternate to SD49, CD3, and MN State Conventions; MN State Alternate to the RNC
Personal Bio: Government should support the people for whom it was instituted, not diminish them. Please act to constrain government's size and scope so that we can achieve our goals without unwarranted interference and imposed obstacles.
I have served as Secretary for the CD3 Executive Committee since December 2024. I have supported candidates for SD49, State, and National campaigns by helping with photography, door knocking, event support, and other activities. I have participated in party events and activities including as an alternate and delegate to various conventions, including serving as an Alternate to the 2024 RNC in Milwaukee. I plan to continue assisting with local, state, and national events and campaigns.
Roles within the Party: Liaison to the Somali Community
Personal Bio: I am committed to strengthening our party by expanding outreach, mobilizing voters, and engaging diverse communities. With experience in advocacy, grassroots organizing, and leadership, I will work tirelessly to advance our values and secure victories for our movement.
As someone born in America to first-generation Somali immigrants, I have a unique perspective on engaging diverse communities, especially those that have been historically underserved or overlooked in political outreach. Over the past few years, I have worked closely with various candidates at the local, state, and national levels, helping to organize grassroots efforts, mobilize voters, and build strategic community partnerships. My work has included engaging with faith leaders, business owners, and community organizers to foster discussions on economic opportunity, public safety, and family values—issues that resonate deeply with our communities.
As vice chair, I plan to organize town halls, cultural outreach initiatives, and community forums to ensure that our party remains accessible and responsive to the needs of our district. I will also work to develop a stronger digital and in-person presence to enhance communication, mobilization, and grassroots involvement.
Roles within the Party:
Personal Bio: I would like to make a difference. I am saddened to see what this state has become and I would like to do my part to turn it around with my energy and ideas.
I put my all into Tad Jude's campaign and of course, we were all disappointed with the results. I feel a need to do what I can to help turn this state around. I worked on the Anoka Hennepin School Board campaigns two years ago and plan to do it again this year. I am trying to improve communication in my SD34 group. We want to engage and educate people about our government and what has been happening in our state.
Roles within the Party:
Personal Bio: As a social studies teacher (in an extremely liberal public school district) who always preaches involvement to our students, I feel it's time to "put up or shut up". Minnesota needs more common sense conservatives who can move our party forward in a positive way.
My brother is the GOP media coordinator in Wright County, MN. Royce White and I coach basketball together at Hopkins. As a conservative who teaches in our public school system, I would like to be more involved and engaged in moving forward our GOP party here in Minnesota.
Roles within the Party:
Personal Bio: I am passionate about moving the republican party towards operational excellence and overall effectiveness in getting candidates elected. We need to engage our community in a positive branding effort towards a culture of truth vs lies. (Short)
For experience I bring 31 years as an engineering project mgr. for the Toro Co. For this role I travelled all over Europe and Asia. I then helped my wife found and develop a food company. Company name is Kakookies, a "better for you" cookie. We sold this business in 2022. In March of 2024 I became active in Republican Party politics. I put in about 300 hrs for Kathy Burkett campaign. I also put in about 200 hrs between Royce W, Tad J, SD42, CD3, and MN GOP.
For political party engagement, I see a lot of opportunity. I have a vision of helping to transform the Republican Party into a party of "Operational Excellence". A party that operates like a well-oiled machine that gets results in regard to getting candidates elected. There are 2 main aspects to this vision:
1) building energy, professionalism, and excitement within the party so that we operate more like a business in setting and meeting objectives.
2) Engage the community in an effort to change the cultural landscape. We need to break people free from the "Matrix", from the "Narrative of Lies" that is holding people hostage. I envision a toolbox of simple and easy lit pieces that our precinct chairs can use to engage their neighbors. These materials would be physical, and also electronic for social use.
Roles within the Party: Vice Chair SD45, member of the 2024 Minnesota Platform Committee, and State Central Committee delegate. In addition, I was the SD45 Chairmen of the Resolution Committee. Fund Raising.
Personal Bio: President and founder of Northland Resources formed in 1992. Northland Resources provided consulting services to Automobile Dealerships across the United States. The services included management recruitment, sales
and service training, and finally product development. Northland Resources sold to three of my long-term loyal employees in 2022 and has continued to remain a very successful and profitable business.
My experience in politics is a new venture for me. In the past year I have served on the SD45 Board. In additionally I was the SD45 Chairmen of the Resolution Committee, CD3 Resolution Committee and ultimately the 2024 Minnesota GOP Platform Committee. At the most resent 2025 SD45 Convention, I was elected as a Delegate for the Minnesota GOP State Central Committee.
I am running to become a CD3 Vice Chair to help shape the Minnesota GOP to do one thing, WIN ELECTIONS. The goal is to ensure that every policy and strategy must pass the test of; does this help Minnesota GOP WIN ELECTIONS? I am asking for your vote to allow me to become a productive CD3 Vice Chair.
Roles within the Party: Treasurer SD45, Chairman SD45, First Alternate State Central Committee
Personal Bio: I got involved in the Republican party November of 2020. My background is an option trader for hedge funds. I believe I bring a mathematical aspect to would be very beneficial to the party.
I have over 4 years working with my local BPOU as a member. Activities - Door knocked for Orono school board, Minnetonka school board, Kathleen Fowke, Andrew Myers, Lorie Cousineau, Royce White. Engagement - Through local reach out. I have worked the past two years at James J Hill Days in Wayzata, Excelsior Brewery for SD45 events, Sovereign Estates, Donors homes.
Roles within the Party: CD3 Vice Chair. BPOU Vice Chair
Personal Bio: As someone who has been elected to Public Office 8 times, I know what it takes to get elected. I plan to use that knowledge to advance the interests of the MNGOP and CD3 specifically. Most importantly, I actually show up and do the work.
Relevant experience - Vice Chair for many years. Local elected for 14 years. I have 8 election certificates. Activities - Delegate at all levels. Door knocked, parade marched, phone banked. Plan to engage - work within CD3 to create "work groups" to engage the SDs to fully utilize the grass roots in an organized and effective manner. I believe the MNGOP, as a party, has under performed for nearly 20 years because we lack organization down to the grass roots. We don't encourage new candidates to rise through the ranks, and we miss much of the low hanging fruit that might take some time to develop, but which would pay out dividends in the out years.
Roles within the Party:
Personal Bio: There are 4 major things the MN GOP should improve on:
1. Utilization of the media
2. Vetting and developing candidates
3. Reduce the 11-page principles to 1 page.
4. stay focused on the top few issues
I can help the Republican Party become more relevant amongst Minnesotans and have a greater voice in Government. I've supported Andrew Myers and Tad Jude
Roles within the Party: Current vice chair sd35
Personal Bio: Please consider me for Vice Chair. I want to make MN great again. I believe that we can build a strong foundation of young voters. The time is now to bring younger voters into the party.
It's time for new leadership at the cd level. I want to drain the swamp 2025 🇺🇸 😎 💪. I'm not afraid to tackle the difficult issues headfirst. Let's make real changes that help the people of MN
Roles within the Party: Vice Chair
Personal Bio: As a legal war refugee who experienced the destruction of freedom first handed, I am thankful for the American people to give me the opportunity to educated myself to become a prominent Vietnamese Minnesotan leader.
Preserve and Strengthen the true freedom that the millions Vietnamese fought and die for. Up holding the constitution, the principle of Judeo-Christian, and the American dream for many generations to come.
Roles within the Party: MNGOP State Central Alternate Delegate, Delegate for Wayzata and Spring Park and candidate (pre-filing) for US Congress 2022

I needed to hold off due to a significant commercial real estate development that would have been put at risk at the time since I am a commercial real estate and business broker representing clients. I have served on the Planning Commission at City of Minnetonka Beach and will bring a business sense/viewpoint on many policy positions and will be able to bring confidence and credibility to those I meet and speak to.
Engagement: Door knocked for Kendall Qualls in 2020 to ALL doors in Wayzata listed on GoRed app. Served on the CD3 Election Integrity Committee in 2021-2022. CD3 needs to be convinced by credible businesspeople and those of us of faith to swing over to the GOP from either the liberal or independent views and vote GOP. They need to listen to people they can trust and engage in their vision/support of the national platform and to then apply to Minnesota. CD3 should be conservative and common sense again.
