Special Election in 40B is Critically Important

There will be a special election on March 11th for House District 40B (Roseville and Shoreview).  A DFL candidate won the November election but was then disqualified because he didn't live in the district.  If the new DFL candidate wins the state house will be divided 67 to 67.  But a Republican win would give us a 1 seat majority.
